Twenty-five years ago today, the world changed when terrorists hijacked civilian passenger liners and used them to attack the United States in the deadliest attack on the United States since Pearl Harbor.
As detailed in the video below from nineteen years later, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, then NAIFA-Indiana president, Joe Cerda, and NAIFA members from across the state gathered to remember 9-11 and our industry’s response. They also reflected on how critical our industry’s heroic response to both crises were to the country’s recovery.
9-11 and covid were two of the most significant crises of the 21st century. There will be others.
